The 6 steps to obtaining approval:
- Fill out the application which is attached and email it to finance@enfluxbuildingsolutions.com. If you prefer to fill it out and submit electronically, your Contractor can send you a PDF.
- Once we receive the application, we will quickly review it and contact you if there is a need for additional information.
- We then ask for additional information regarding your business, the building, and the project.
- An Indicative Term Sheet is signed.
- Lender Consent is obtained (see C-PACE: For CFOs). To date, 167 financial institutions have provided Consent to C-PACE funding.
- Formal project approval obtained.
